Surprising Simon

A new work written by two classmates of mine at Emerson College, this was my first full scale directing opportunity. With an extremely high energy and upbeat cast, we brought this farce to life. The most rewarding part of this process was getting to be the first director of this brand new piece, leading the actors in improvisations and working with the playwrights directly to make updates and changes that would carry on into future drafts. This process sparked in me a love of new work and I hope to make that a significant part of my career.
